Overview
ONCA is an AI delegation system, which is fully automated. The purpose of this application is to outsource your calls with customers. If you don’t want to continuously answer calls at the front-desk, ONCA is a great solution for you. We will deploy our human-like AI agent to answer, note-down, and book any meetings for you regarding your business, without having any employee-intervention.
The Problem
Businesses tend to close at 5pm. No one is at the frontdesk at 5pm. But our AI agent is always on-call. 24/7. Or do you want to send outbound calls but have no time?
What I Built
The AI agent is built off of Bland AI, where we integrated their API and focused on tailoring it to businesses. If a business needs to send outbound calls, such as a sales company, we have an agent to do that 24/7. The AI agent, can call, send messages, voicemails, emails, anything to get in contact with the user. Our FastAPI diligently works expeditiously to ensure low latency during calls, so that they sound realisitic and humane to the business’s customers.
Outcome
This project is still in development, as time, budget and human resources are low, however, it is soon to be picked up again. For now, there are no metrics to share.
